How to Work with a China Photo Studio
A remote workflow for overseas brands working with a China photo studio: brief, quote, sample shipping, approvals and delivery.
Step 1: Share a useful brief
Start with product category, quantity, target market, platforms, launch date and references. Explain image, model and video needs.
Step 2: Confirm scope and quote
Confirm shot list, models, scenes, deliverables, retouching, usage, revisions and timing. Beidou projects are quoted on request based on requirements.
Step 3: Ship samples with tracking
Use confirmed recipient details. Label each item by SKU, include a packing list and share tracking. Confirm carrier paperwork before dispatch.
Step 4: Review the shoot plan
Check model, styling, shot sequence and product details. The team photographs real products and models; optional AI scene expansion can be included by agreement.
Step 5: Review files and arrange returns
Files are delivered online, typically 3–5 days after the shoot, with up to three revision rounds. Sample returns can be arranged on request; return shipping is at client cost.

Founded in Beijing in 2003, Beidou now operates in Panyu, Guangzhou, accepts international payment and coordinates with overseas clients remotely.
