How Overseas Clients Can Ship Samples for a Shoot
A practical remote-shoot checklist for samples sent to Guangzhou.
Confirm before you ship
Send the product list and brief first. Ask the studio to confirm the recipient, delivery details, sample arrival window and return plan before dispatch. For international shipments, confirm carrier paperwork and any import arrangements with the carrier and studio.
Label and track the parcel
Label each sample with a SKU and include a packing list. Note fragile items, outfit combinations and any handling instructions. Send the tracking number to the studio and keep a copy of your inventory.
Receive images and arrange returns
The shoot and retouching are coordinated remotely, with final files delivered online. The existing service guidance gives a usual delivery of 3–5 days after the shoot and up to three revision rounds; confirm timing for your project. Sample return is available on request, with return shipping at the client’s cost.
